Steven V. Abramson - - , President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Steven V. Abramson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Display Corporation, and has been a member of its Board of Directors since 1996. Universal Display Corporation invented and commercialized energy-efficient phosphorescent OLED technology for a wide range of products including mobile displays, TVs and lighting. Since its inception in 1994, over half a billion dollars has been invested to advance the Company from a start-up to a leading player in the global OLED ecosystem. Building on its vast experience and know-how, the Company has continually been innovating and creating state-of-the-art OLED emissive systems, while also expanding its global IP framework. Universal Display is well positioned to leverage its twenty-plus years of OLED history and expertise, scale its commercial capabilities, and deliver the best emissive materials, with the best performance and lifetime. Steve has spent most of his career being involved in the creation and growth of new technologies such as digital cellular radio in the 1980s and fostering the development of sustainable environmental technologies in the first half of the 1990s. Steve received his J.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1979), his M.A. in International Relations and Philosophy of Science from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio (1975), and his B.A. in International Relations from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania (1973). He also serves on the boards of a number of charitable and educational organizations.

Julia J. Brown - - , Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

Julie Brown is Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Universal Display Corporation. Since joining UDC in 1998, Dr. Brown spearheads the R&D vision of the Company, from its start-up years to its successful commercial present, and continues to create and shape the Company’s innovation strategy for its future growth. She has driven and advanced UDC’s technical vision and excellence to firmly position the Company as a leader in the discovery, development, and commercialization of state-of-the-art OLED technologies and phosphorescent materials. Previously, Dr. Brown was at Hughes Research Laboratories, where she directed the pilot line production of high-speed Indium Phosphide-based integrated circuits for insertion into advanced airborne radar and satellite communication systems (1991-1997). Dr. Brown earned her B.S. from Cornell University (1983) and then was at Raytheon Company (1983-1984) and AT&T Bell Laboratories (1984-1986). Dr. Brown received her Ph.D. (1991) in Electrical Engineering/Electrophysics from the University of Southern California. Dr. Brown is an elected IEEE Fellow, elected SID Fellow, and inductee into the New Jersey High Tech Hall of Fame. In 2020, the Society for Information Display (SID) awarded Dr. Brown the prestigious Karl Ferdinand Braun Prize for her outstanding technical achievements and contributions to the development and commercialization of phosphorescent OLED materials and display technology. In 2021, Dr. Brown was elected to the U.S. National Academy of Engineering (NAE) for her contributions to materials and device technologies for phosphorescent light emitting diode displays, and their commercialization. The NAE membership honors those who have made outstanding contributions to “engineering research, practice, or education, including, where appropriate, significant contributions to the engineering literature” and to “the pioneering of new and developing fields of technology, making major advancements in traditional fields of engineering, or developing/implementing innovative approaches to engineering education.” Dr. Brown is a member of the board of directors of Adesis, Inc. and OVJP Corporation (UDC wholly-owned subsidiaries).

Janice K. Mahon - - , Senior Vice President, Technology Commercialization and General Manager, Commercial Sales Business

Janice K. Mahon is Senior Vice President of Technology Commercialization and General Manager, Commercial Sales Business. Ms. Mahon joined Universal Display Corporation in early 1997, and today is responsible for the manufacture, quality assurance and distribution of the Company’s line of high-performance PHOLED products sold to the world’s leading OLED display and lighting manufacturers. Ms. Mahon has spent much of her career helping to build businesses focused on novel, energy-savings technologies. From 1992 to 1996, Ms. Mahon was V.P. of SAGE Electrochromics, Inc., a thin-film electrochromic technology company for energy-saving windows. From 1984 to 1989, Ms. Mahon was a V.P. and General Manager for Chronar Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of amorphous silicon photovoltaic (PV) panels, where she was responsible for the design, construction and startup of their PV manufacturing plants in the U.S, Europe and Asia, and then for the commercialization of a line of PV panel products for OEM markets. Prior to that, Ms. Mahon worked as Senior Engineer for the Industrial Chemicals Division of FMC Corporation. Ms. Mahon received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1979, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1984. Ms. Mahon was a member of the Technical Council of the FlexTech Alliance from 1997 through 2010, and a member of its Governing Board from 2008 through 2010. Ms. Mahon served as a member of the Board of Directors and Marketing Committee Chairperson of the OLED Association from 2009 to 2013. Ms. Mahon is a member of the board of directors of UDC Ireland and OM2 (UDC wholly-owned subsidiaries).

Mauro Premutico - - , Senior Vice President, Planning and General Manager, Licensing

Mauro Premutico is the Senior Vice President of Planning and General Manager of Patents and Licensing. Mr. Premutico joined Universal Display Corporation in April 2012 as Vice President of Legal and has served as our Chief Negotiator for commercial transactions. Mr. Premutico also serves as our Chief Legal Officer and is the Chief Investment Officer for UDC Ventures. Prior to joining UDC, Mr. Premutico was the Managing Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel for The Walt Disney Company, and Vice President of Intellectual Property and Associate General Counsel for Lenovo Group Ltd. Mr. Premutico has a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Brian Millard - - , Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Brian Millard is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Universal Display Corporation. Mr. Millard joined UDC in September 2022 with more than 15 years of extensive financial, operational and strategic experience across several industries. Prior to joining UDC, Mr. Millard served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at Emergent BioSolutions. Previously, Mr. Millard served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., from August 2015 to October 2017 and Assistant Corporate Controller from March 2014 to August 2015. Mr. Millard also served in financial reporting leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Mr. Millard began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Millard received his M.S. and B.B.A. degrees in accounting from James Madison University. He is a licensed certified public accountant.

Sidney D. Rosenblatt - - , Executive Advisor and Director

Sidney D. Rosenblatt is an Executive Advisor of Universal Display Corporation. In August 2022, it was announced that Mr. Rosenblatt would retire at the end of 2022 and transition his position from Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Rosenblatt will remain on the Board of Directors, which he has been a member of since May 1996. Mr. Rosenblatt was the owner of S. Zitner Company from August 1990 through August 2010 and served as its President from August 1990 through December 1998. From May 1982 to August 1990, Mr. Rosenblatt served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of InterDigital. Mr. Rosenblatt is also on the Board of Managers of the Overbrook School for the Blind.
