EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED^® technology and materials, today announced that it will webcast its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders beginning at approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, June 16, 2016. The annual meeting is being held at the Element Ewing Princeton (Element by Westin), located at 1000 Sam Weinroth Road East, Ewing, New Jersey 08628.

The audio portion of the presentation will be simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet.
