EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal
Display Corporation (NASDAQ: PANL), enabling energy-efficient
displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED™ technology and
materials, today announced that it will webcast its 2010 Annual Meeting
of Shareholders beginning at approximately 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1:15
p.m. Pacific Time) on Thursday, June 24, 2010. The Annual Meeting is
being held at the Crowne Plaza - Philadelphia Main Line - located at
4100 Presidential Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.
The formal portion of the meeting will be immediately followed by a
management presentation. The audio portion of the presentation will be
simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet through a webcast on the
Company’s website. Participants can access the webcast on the “events”
portion of Universal Display’s web site at www.universaldisplay.com.
An online archive of the webcast will be available within two hours of
the conclusion of the meeting and will remain available through
