Universal Display’s PHOLED Material Business Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

EWING, N.J.--()--Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ:PANL), an innovator behind today’s and tomorrow’s displays and lighting through its UniversalPHOLED™ phosphorescent OLED technology and materials, today announced that the company’s PHOLED Material Business has received certification in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standards and guidelines.

This certification encompasses the company’s product design, development, outsourced manufacturing, and marketing/sales of its UniversalPHOLED materials. The company completed the ISO certification process with NSF International, a world leader in standards development, product certification, education, and risk-management for public health and safety.

ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9000 is maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and administered by accreditation and certification bodies, such as NSF International.
