EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ:PANL), a key innovator behind today and tomorrow’s displays and lighting through its UniversalPHOLED™ technology, today announced that it will webcast its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders beginning at approximately 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1:15 p.m. Pacific Time) on Thursday, June 25, 2009. The Annual Meeting is being held at the Crowne Plaza - Philadelphia Main Line - located at 4100 Presidential Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.

The formal portion of the meeting will be immediately followed by a management presentation. The presentation will be simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet through a webcast on the Company’s website.
