EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ:PANL), a key innovator behind today and tomorrow’s displays and lighting through its phosphorescent OLED technology, today announced that it will webcast its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders beginning at approximately 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1:15 p.m. Pacific Time) on Thursday, June 19, 2008. The Annual Meeting is being held at the Crowne Plaza - Philadelphia Main Line (formerly the Holiday Inn – City Line) located at 4100 Presidential Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.

The formal portion of the meeting will be immediately followed by a management presentation.
