Mauro Premutico is the Senior Vice President, Planning, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Mr. Premutico joined Universal Display Corporation in April 2012 as Vice President of Legal and has served as our Chief Negotiator for commercial transactions. Mr. Premutico also serves as our Chief Legal Officer and is the Chief Investment Officer for UDC Ventures. Prior to joining UDC, Mr. Premutico was the Managing Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel for The Walt Disney Company, and Vice President of Intellectual Property and Associate General Counsel for Lenovo Group Ltd. Mr. Premutico has a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
